We adopt closed-loop recycling: all production offcuts, defective sheets and edge trims are crushed, reprocessed and reused as raw materials, cutting virgin resin consumption by over 25%. We supply PC panels with 30%–60% post-industrial recycled PC upon request, with mechanical strength fully matching virgin-grade sheets. All products comply with RoHS & REACH, free of heavy metals and harmful plasticizers.
2. Energy & Water Saving Production
Our factory equips energy-saving extrusion lines and rooftop solar power stations to lower Scope 2 carbon emissions. Closed-circuit cooling water circulation reduces freshwater waste by 70%; waste heat from extruders is recovered for factory heating to cut gas consumption.
3. Sustainable Product Value
Our UV-stabilized PC sheets feature 15–25 years outdoor service life, far longer than acrylic, glass or cheap plastic panels, drastically lowering replacement waste. Hollow multi-wall PC panels deliver excellent thermal insulation, cutting building air-conditioning & heating energy use to support LEED green building projects.
4. Waste & Supply Chain Management
Zero landfill of plastic scrap; non-recyclable residues are delivered to licensed waste-to-energy plants. We prioritize low-carbon local resin suppliers and use recyclable PE wrapping instead of non-degradable composite packaging for shipments.
