Application & Operation
Suitable for straight cutting polycarbonate sheets with thickness 2–12 mm. Clamp the sheet firmly on the worktable with backing board underneath to prevent scratches. Operate at low rotation speed, and blow cold air continuously onto the cutting seam during cutting to avoid material melting and edge adhesion.
Features
High cutting efficiency for regular linear parts; slight burrs remain on edges requiring secondary polishing.
2. Vertical Band Saw

Only for thin polycarbonate sheets ≤6 mm. Cover the sheet surface with protective film to prevent scorch marks, set matched laser power and cutting speed to avoid edge carbonization. The laser beam vaporizes the material for seamless separation, while the exhaust system filters toxic plastic fumes.

5. Hydraulic Plate Shear
